Public Investment Fund is the sovereign wealth fund of Saudi Arabia and was created in 1971 for the purpose of investing funds on behalf of the Government of Saudi Arabia.

Eligibility

Entities interested in investing should meet the following guidelines:
1. The entity should be officially registered the relevant authority in its jurisdiction (and be able to provide proof of registration)
2. The entity should be corporate (both publicly listed and non-listed)
3. The entity should have good standing according to laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdiction
4. The entity should meet international standards for accounting and financial reporting
